When you crave for something sweet

1. Raw mango or raspberry sorbet
2. Chocolate or vanilla raw food balls
3. Frozen banana/peanut butter smoothie with chocolate chips
4. Greek yoghurt with some walnuts and honey
5. Fruit salad with kiwi, pear & pomegranate seeds

When you crave for something salty 

1. Spicy guacamole with vegetable sticks
2. A portion of salted nuts (25 g)
3. Kalamata or greek olives
4. Chili roasted chickpeas
5. Edamame beans with sea salt
